Baseball Games Over the Weekend

Mercyhurst Sweeps Lake Erie!
I decided to venture out into the cold on Saturday to cheer on the men's baseball team...I got to the game mid way through but at that point they were winning. In the end Mercyhurst came out on top, winning both games in the double header. After the game I met up and interviewed my friend Ryan Schrieber, one of the pitchers for Mercyhurst, asking him some random questions about this thoughts on baseball and the games they played that day...
Some questions I asked him were...How do you get pumped for a game? What is your favorite baseball team? What is your favorite part about baseball?...things like that. His responses were somewhat amusing, haha. But he has been playing
baseball since he was just a little kid. His favorite baseball team growing up and now is the Cleveland Indians, noting one of his favorite players was Kenny Lofton back in the day. One of his favorite parts about baseball is chewing and spitting the sunflower seeds, along with just being outside with his buddies and playing some ball. He likes to rock out to music to get pumped for his games, and remembers hitting his first home run to be one of his most memorable moments so far in his basbeall career.
Overall, i enjoyed going to the game this weekend, despite it being a little chilly outside. Glad to hear the team is doing so well! GO LAKERS!
